Green Peace Postcard

In the lead up to some critical decisions being made by the government around bottom trawling, Green Peace aimed to swamp the Oceans & Fisheries Minister with a ton of postcards sent by people around the country - all calling for a ban on bottom trawling. The postcards and digital design were used to inform the public about the risks of bottom trawling - with the aim of reaching new audiences. I drew inspiration from vintage destination postcards with this postcard being delivered from the seafloor. Teeming with life, each letter holds coral, sea sponges and seaweed. Look closer to find creatures that live amongst these vulnerable habitats.
